POSTAGE AND COVID-19
Royal Mail's website states that they are "experiencing delays in some areas”. Orders are sent out on the same or next day by Royal Mail 2nd Class post and are usually received within three days.
Over the past few weeks I've received some complaints that postage is taking up to three weeks. After sending out replacement orders, I find that both orders arrive holding hands a few days later. Please be patient as Royal Mail are usually very reliable, but these are difficult times for businesses, including couriers.
IF YOUR PARCEL IS URGENT you may now opt for Royal Mail 1st Class (signed for) delivery which should speed things up for you.
For international orders please contact our export office at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please give details of the screw types, materials, sizes and quantities you require. Should you require odd amounts or large quantities, please let us know as we can customise your order for you.
We will calculate the order and postage cost and send you a PayPal invoice for payment.
